The Angel Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

We first began making this wine in 1990 – mainly cabernet sauvignon with small additions of merlot and cabernet franc give it its beautiful perfume aromas with cherry and raspberry following onto the palate – round and full with a velvet mouthfeel and great tannin. A superb wine, already aged in our cellars for some time, we are able to present it to you with maturity.

DRINK WITH: Wild Duck or Rabbit.
